  • ½ cup dry white wine (Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, or Sauvignon Blanc recommended)

For the Garlic Parmesan Rice:

  • 1 ½ cups long-grain white rice
  • 3 cups hot chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for garnish

How to Make Chicken Scampi with Garlic Parmesan Rice in One Skillet

1. Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken strips with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, ensuring they are evenly coated.

2. Cook the Chicken
